Leadership

Mr. Thad Davis is from Shannon, NC and currently resides in Lumberton, NC. He graduated from UNC-Pembroke in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. He is the founder and CEO of Primary Health Choice, Inc. a behavioral health and home health company serving disabled patients in the home environment.  Mr. Davis is the Pastor of Faith Assembly of God in St. Pauls, NC. He is an experienced church founder and Christian businessman. He is married to Dr. Cheryl Davis and they have four children. 

 Cheryl Davis is from Pembroke, NC and currently resides in Lumberton, NC. She graduated from UNC School of Medicine in 2005 with a Doctor of Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency in 2008. She is the CEO of Primary Health Choice, Inc., an I/DD and behavioral health company in North Carolina. Dr. Davis is a strong biblical teacher and speaker. She currently has a radio teaching ministry, Truth Matters with Dr. Cheryl Davis. She is married to Thad Davis and they have four children. 

Mrs. Ashley Locklear is from Pembroke, NC. She is currently employed as the Director of Finance for Primary Health Choice, A Primary Choice, and Primary Poultry. She is a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and is an integral part of the success of Primary Enterprises. She is a board member of Beyond the Veil Church and currently is the choir leader and is a teacher in children’s church. She is married to Hubert Locklear and they have three children 

Ms. Carol Butler is from Lumber Bridge, NC and currently resides in Lumberton, NC. She is currently employed with A Primary Choice, Inc. as an office manager. She is a lifetime follower of Jesus Christ and is a spiritual mother to The Davis Family. She is the staff prayer warrior for Primary Health Choice. She has many years experience in her family’s music ministry and Native American missions across the US. She is an experienced church founder and women’s ministry leader. She has three children and two grandchildren.
